About Us
The journey of the CEO, Mr. Saeed Ali Bin Sand, began alongside his late father in the fields of marketing, property management, and real estate appraisal. The true milestone came in 1986 with the establishment of Bin Sand Real Estate. Through hands-on experience and over the years, we have gained extensive expertise and achieved numerous accomplishments in our business dealings with clients, commercial entities, and government organizations. We have also participated in many training courses and workshops, ultimately earning accreditation from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem). Recently, our efforts were crowned with the attainment of the Fellowship Certificate in Real Estate Valuation, in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS) and the standards approved by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers.
